About Alpha-9 Oncology

Alpha-9 Oncology is a clinical-stage radiotherapeutic company developing targeted, next-generation treatments to meaningfully improve the lives of people living with cancer. Our modular optimization process is designed to tailor each development candidate to the biological and biophysical characteristics of the tumor target and the selected radioisotope payload. We holistically engineer and optimize each component of our radiotherapeutics – the binder, linker, chelator, and radioisotope – to generate compounds which we believe will exhibit a wide therapeutic index through high tumor retention and low uptake in healthy organs.
